Egymetro is a navigation app that simplifies Cairo's metro system for commuters and visitors alike, providing precise route guidance including line selection, directional instructions, and transfer points. I developed a comprehensive redesign of the existing version to address usability challenges and enhance the overall user experience through improved information architecture and intuitive interface patterns.

I reimagined Egymetro's user experience, identifying key opportunities to enhance usability and accessibility. Through careful analysis of the existing version, I identified several pain points that, if addressed, could significantly improve user interaction with Cairo's metro system.
A Concept in Progress
It's important to note that this redesign remains a conceptual exploration and has not been approved or implemented by Egymetro's founder. This independence allowed me to experiment boldly with design solutions and push creative boundaries while deeply respecting the original vision that made Egymetro successful. The concept serves as a portfolio piece and a testament to thoughtful design thinking.
